Chevrolet India to hike prices from Jan 2017

Chevrolet Trailblazer

Chevrolet India is the latest manufacturer to announce a price hike of up to 3% across its model range, starting from January 1, 2017. Increase in raw material costs, manufacturing costs and fluctuating forex is the reason behind the hike, said the company in an official release. However, the company is offering attractive discounts at the moment in order to clear the inventory caused by demonetization. There’s a discount of up to Rs 1.89 lakh along with a 3 year / 100,000 km warranty and a 5 year roadside assistance on all Chevrolet cars. In addition, lucky customers may stand a chance to win up to 100% cashback on their brand new Chevrolet.

Chevrolet India currently has Spark, Beat, Sail (hatchback and compact sedan), Cruze, Enjoy MPV, Tavera MPV and Trailblazer in its portfolio.

Hyundai, Tata Motors, Toyota, Renault, Nissan and Mercedes have announced a price hike from Jan 1 2017.
