The S-Cross facelift which was unveiled over a year ago, will make it to the NEXA outlets in India soon. The company has commenced bookings for a deposit of Rs 11,000.

The S-Cross which was always criticized for its bland looks, wears a bold new chrome grille in its new edition. There’s also a redesigned headlamp cluster and front bumper. Rear-end gets a slightly reworked tail lamps. The side profile has been largely retained except for new alloy wheels.

Reportedly, the 1.6 DDiS diesel engine will no longer be available on offer. The facelift will feature only the 1.3 DDiS with SmartHybrid technology (mild hybrid). However, we have to wait for more information regarding its powertrains.

In the international markets, the S-Cross gets Suzuki’s ALLGRIP AWD system and 140 PS (138 hp) 1.4-litre Boosterjet turbo petrol option as well.
