Mahindra has added a petrol variant of its premium SUV – the XUV500, priced at Rs 15.49 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi. Named as the ‘G AT’ variant, the petrol automatic will be available in select cities.
The XUV500 petrol is powered by a new 2.2-litre mHawk petrol engine that generates 140 hp (103 KW) @ 4,500 rpm and 320 Nm of torque @ 2,000-3,000 rpm. Transmission is a 6-speed automatic sourced from AISIN, Japan, and features creep function and manual mode.
