TVS Motor has launched the Apache RTR 180 Race Edition at Rs 83,233 ex-showroom, Delhi. The special edition comes in Pearl White colour, with racing inspired graphics.
The body graphics has a carbon fibre theme denoting the racing intent. There is also a new 3D TVS logo and TVS Racing branded rim stickering on the alloy wheels.
Other features include a blue backlit digital display that has 0-60 km/h reading, lap timer and service indicator. The Race Edition gets rear disc brake as standard.
The Apache RTR 180 Race Edition is powered by a 177.4 cc single cylinder 4 stroke engine which delivers 16.62 PS of power @ 8500 rpm and 15.5 Nm of torque @ 6500 rpm, paired to a 5-speed gearbox. ABS is absent in this version.
The bike accelerates from 0-60 km/h in 4.96 seconds and is claimed to have the best-in-class power-to-weight ratio.
