This is the updated track-only version of the NSX, featuring improved bodywork and ‘Under the Skin’ enhancements.

Revised bodywork includes a new front splitter, diffuser and rear bumper, which helps in reducing drag and improve cooling. Thanks to the usage of aluminium and carbon fibre, the car weighs 1,240 kg.

Under the skin, there are new turbochargers for improved throttle response, boost control, and fuel economy. The updated car also includes improved hardware and calibrations for the anti-lock braking system (ABS), and an upgraded Bosch display and data-logging unit to increase efficiency and enhance the driver experience. These improvements will also be available as Variant Supply (VF) to retrofit existing NSX GT3s.

Apparently, all the improvements that have been done will result in 25% increase in engine life and greater component durability.

The 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 engines are built alongside their production-vehicle counterparts at the Anna Engine Plant in Ohio, USA. It is paired with an Xtrac 6-speed, sequential-shift racing gearbox.

Suspension is a double-wishbone at the front and multilink at the rear. The SACHS shock absorbers feature 5-way adjustable dampers. The Brembo brakes measure 390 mm at front with 6 piston calipers, and 355 mm at the rear with 4 piston calipers.
