India Yamaha Motor (IMY) has launched the 3rd generation FZ-FI and FZS-FI bikes, priced at Rs 95,000 and Rs 97,000, respectively, ex-showroom Delhi. Both bikes get revised styling inspired by their bigger siblings.
The bikes will also feature newly designed sub frame, Bosch single channel ABS at front, higher handle bar position, LCD instrument cluster, separate housings for LED headlight beams, rear disc brakes, FZ25 mudguards, newly designed plastic resin tank cover, sliding engine kill switch, main switch at the front of the tank, and two level seat with a bit more comfortable grab bars.
As before, the bikes continue to be powered by a 149 cc air-cooled 4-stroke engine, developing 13 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 12.8 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.

The FZ-FI is available in Metric Black and Racing Blue, while the FZS-FI can be had in Matt Black, Dark Matt Blue or Gray & Cyan Blue.
At the same event in Bengaluru, Yamaha also launched the FZ25 and Fazer 25 with dual-channel ABS, priced at Rs 133,000 and Rs 143,000, respectively, ex-showroom Delhi. The FZ25 is available in Dark Matt Blue, Matt Black and Cyan Blue, while the Fazer 25 can be had in Dark Matt Blue or Metallic Black.
The R15 V 3.0 with dual-channel ABS which was launched recently, was showcased to the media for the first time.
