Jaguar F-Type gets special E-Type badges

Jaguar will celebrate the diamond anniversary of the iconic E-type in March 2021 and as part of the celebrations, the company is offering the F-Type Heritage 60 Edition. As the name suggests, it is limited to 60 units, with each unit priced at £122,500 in the UK.

The special edition is available in both Coupé and Convertible body styles. While each of these can be personalized to your heart’s content via SV Bespoke, the standard specification includes Sherwood Green paintwork — an original E-type color that hasn’t been offered on a new Jaguar since the 1960s. The elements such as the air intake surrounds, spoiler lip, side skirts and the roof, are in gloss black. There’s also a neat little anniversary logo badge at the rear. Rounding off the exterior looks are the exclusive Diamond-turned 20-inch forged alloy wheels, with calipers painted in black.

The cockpit features Caraway and Ebony Windsor duo-tone leather theme which isn’t normally available on the F-Type, and of course, the anniversary logos — on the treadplates, headrests and on the dashboard. A 12.3-inch Touch Pro Infotainment system and Smartphone Pack with Apple CarPlay come standard.

Celebrating 60 years of the iconic Jaguar E-type is the perfect moment to create our first-ever SV Bespoke limited edition – and the rarest F-Type, with just 60 cars available globally. We’ve worked closely with Jaguar Design to develop a theme for the F-Type Heritage 60 Edition that pays homage to the E-type in a contemporary way. – Mark Turner, Director, Jaguar SV Bespoke

No mechanical changes, the limited edition packs a 5.0L Supercharged V8 that pumps out 423 kW (575 metric hp) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. An 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox drives the rear wheels.
