Porsche has launched the new 718 Cayman GT4 and 718 Spyder in India, priced at INR 1,63,35,000 and INR 1,59,93,000, respectively. Both models made their global debut over a year ago with a new boxer engine and a manual transmission.
Speaking of which, the 4.0-litre (3,995 cc) naturally aspirated flat-6 motor pumps out 309 kW (420 metric hp) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque, and is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission that drives the rear wheels. Both models are claimed to accelerate from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds. The Cayman GT4 reaches a top speed of 304 km/h (189 mph) while the Spyder can do 301 km/h (187 mph).
