The Mahindra XUV 3XO is now available with an all-electric powertrain. It is available in two variants: AX5 and AX7L, priced at INR 13.89 lakh and 14.96 lakh, ex-showroom, respectively. A 7.2 kW wall charger is an optional extra, costing INR 50,000.
Key exterior highlights, depending on the variant, include LED projector headlights, LED DRLs, LED front fog lights, LED taillight signature, 17-inch Diamond-cut alloy wheels, and Skyroof panoramic sunroof.
Some of the key highlights on the inside include a 10.2-inch central touchscreen, a 10.2-inch digital cluster, dual-zone climate control, rear AC vents, a cooled glove box, wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity, Alexa built-in, a 7-speaker Harman Kardon Premium Audio system with Dolby Atmos, and a 65-watt USB-C charger.
As for safety, you get standard 6 airbags, while the AX7L variant gets a Level 2 ADAS suite that includes Forward Collision Warning, Auto Emergency Braking, and Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go. A 360-degree camera is also exclusive to the AX7L variant.
The XUV 3XO comes with a single electric motor at the front, offering 110 kW (150 metric hp) and 310 Nm (229 lb-ft). The motor draws juice from a 39.4 kWh battery pack, which is claimed to offer a range of up to 285 km (177 mi). The official 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time is 8.3 seconds.
