Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced in a Tweet that the Cybertruck has received 146,000 orders so far, with 42 percent choosing dual, 41 percent tri, and 17 percent single motor variants.
Tesla is taking only $100 for pre-ordering which is fully refundable. Popular YouTubers such as Marques Brownlee and Zack Nelson (JerryRigEverything) have announced to have ordered one of these.

As the demonstration of Tesla Armor glass failed during the launch event, Elon Musk later Tweeted this video of the glass being tested right before the launch event. However, do notice the distance from where the steel ball is being thrown at.
