The e:HEV combines a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine (Atkinson cycle) and two electric motors, one of which is integrated into the CVT. The combined figures are 93 kW (126 metric hp) and 253 Nm (187 lb-ft). As for the warranty, Honda is offering a standard 8-year/160,000 kms (whichever is earlier) warranty on the battery pack and a 5-year/100,000 kms (whichever is earlier) warranty on hybrid system components.
