TVS Motor has launched the Ntorq 125 scooter at Rs 58,750 ex-showroom, Delhi. According to TVS, the scooter was inspired by the company’s racing division.
The scooter features a stealth aircraft-inspired styling. Other features include a signature ‘T’ shaped taillamp with afterburner style rear vents, Batwing styled DRLs, sporty muffler, 12-inch diamond-cut alloys, 220 mm petal front disc brake, parking brake, 22 litres under-seat storage, USB charger with light, and an external fuel filler.
Furthermore, the Ntorq is claimed to be India’s first connected scooter, featuring the SmartXonnect instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation assist, caller ID, last parked location assist and a few more.
Powering the Ntorq is a 124.79 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, producing 6.9 kW (9.4 metric hp) at 7,500 rpm and 10.5 Nm (7.8 lb-ft) of torque at 5,500 rpm, paired with a CVT. The scooter features a telescopic front suspension and coil springs at the rear.
The Ntorq can be had in 4 colors — Matte Yellow, Matte White, Matte Green, and Matte Red.
