Ford has expanded the new EcoSport range by adding a manual option in the top-spec Titanium+ petrol variant, priced at Rs 10.47 lakh ex-showroom, Pan India. So far, the Titanium+ petrol was available only with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
“Since the new Ford EcoSport was introduced, our customers have been demanding a top-of-the-line Titanium+ petrol manual variant, offering enhanced safety with six airbags,” said Rahul Gautam, Vice President (marketing) at Ford India. “In our commitment to meet customer demands, we are pleased to introduce this variant and offer a greater choice to our customers.”
The new EcoSport is powered by a newly developed 1.5-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine, developing 123 PS (121 hp) of power and 150 Nm of torque, now with an option of 5-speed manual or a 6-speed AT.
The new EcoSport was launched in November 2017.
