Hyundai’s customization team has created a unique Veloster N Performance Concept for the 2019 SEMA show. The concept uses a variety of OEM-quality performance parts added to the Veloster N to maximize its visual appeal and better handling performance.

Visually, the car gets an additional lip spoiler at the front, a hood scoop, red mirror caps, a new rear wing, and a more aggressive-looking rear bumper-diffuser combo. The Capristo cat-back exhaust system gets anodized tips.

The car rides on 19-inch OZ forged racing wheels with N-branded carbon wheel cap. The wheels are shod with 235/35 Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires. Also part of the package are Alcon forged 6-piston front and 4-piston rear brake calipers.

Interiors get a generous application of Alcantara (on the steering wheel, dashboard upper parts, door panels, and armrests). Other materials include carbon fibre, and aluminum for the gear shift knob. The car also gets Sabelt Alcantara and carbon sport seats.

As for the dynamics, the car gets H&R coil springs, Daewon steel anti-roll bars (front and rear), chassis brace (front, center and rear) and aluminum caliper brackets as well.

There’s no word on the powertrain department. Meaning, the Veloster N Performance will most likely have the same 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with the standard 250 hp or the optional 275 hp, paired to a 6-speed manual transmission.
