At a time when carmakers are trying their best to yield to the alphabetQ+ gangs by un-masculining their cars and branding, Aston Martin just did something totally opposite. It’s called the Aston Martin Dreadnought, a scary-looking military-grade off-roader. The name is a homage to a 20th-Century British warship called the HMS Dreadnought.
The Dreadnought is not a limited edition model and is very affordable. I know you might be scratching your head, but what I meant to say is, the Dreadnought is designed exclusively for the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 – to be available globally on XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC via Battle.net, XBOX on PC, Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2 on Friday, October 23, 2026.
Since the Dreadnought doesn’t need to comply with real-world government regulations, the Aston Martin Design team had the freedom to let their imagination run wild, and they indeed did. There’s even a herringbone weave on the exterior carbon fibre. While the Dreadnought doesn’t really look like any other Aston Martin we’re aware of, there’s a li’l bit of Victor and Valour. And what’s more interesting is that the Dreadnought doesn’t just exist in the digital world, but also in the form of a full-scale concept.
Inside, things are quite luxurious and not just utilitarian. There are digital displays, carbon fibre inlays, metallic gold elements, and of course, Oxford Tan leather-wrapped seats and dashboard elements.
What powers the Dreadnought? Well, such a dramatic-looking SUV can only be paired with an equally dramatic V12 roar, isn’t it?
