The new Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid is slated to go on sale in the second half of 2020. It has got an EV mode with a pure electric range of over 65 km (40 mi). It also boasts a high-efficiency heat pump air conditioning system. In addition, the battery is cooled by the refrigerant of the air conditioning system.
