Bengaluru-based Ather Energy has commenced the delivery of Ather 450 electric scooters. The first 10 customers took home their scooters from the company’s manufacturing facility in the city.
The electric scooter was launched in June this year, and comes in two variants. The Ather 350 is powered by a 6 hp motor while the top-end 450 boasts a 7.3 hp motor. The scooters are priced at Rs 1,09,750 and Rs 1,24,750, on-road, respectively. The price includes FAME subsidy of Rs 22,000.
