The bikes are jointly developed by teams both in India and the company’s technical centre at Bruntingthorpe in UK. Components manufacturer Harris Performance have also helped with the chassis development.
Both the cafe racer and roadster bikes are powered a 648 cc parallel twin air-oil cooled engine, developing 47 bhp @ 7,250 rpm and 52 Nm of torque @ 5,250 rpm. Apparently, 80% of the peak 52 Nm torque is delivered at 2,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox which gets slip-assist clutch.
As for the suspension, the front 41 mm fork has 110 mm travel, while the rear twin coil-over shocks get 5-stage pre-load adjustment. Braking duties are handled by discs measuring 320 mm at front and 240 mm at the rear, grabbed by ByBre twin piston calipers. Bosch dual-channel ABS is standard.
