Koenigsegg Agera RS beats top speed world record

After taking the 0-400-0 challenge, Koenigsegg has once again beaten Bugatti by setting a new world record for a production vehicle.

The Agera RS driven by Koenigsegg factory driver Niklas Lilja, has achieved an average speed of 447.0 km/h (277.9 mph), measuring in both directions. All data recorded and verified on site by Racelogic.

The speed runs took place in Pahrump, Nevada. It’s incredible how stable the car feels at that kind of speed.
