Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler will be returning to Formula E for its 19-20 season, which debuts in Ad Diriyah Circuit (Saudi Arabia) on November 22. Daniel Abt and Lucas di Grassi will be driving the new e-tron FE06.
With plenty of visible carbon fibre and a bright orange livery, the FE06 looks a bit more aggressive than its predecessor in which the aforementioned drivers achieved a runner-up position last season. According to Audi, the orange color comes from the color palette of the e-tron SUV.
Partners include Schaeffler (joint powertrain development with Audi), HYLA, ITK Engineering, LGT Group, KUKA, Mascot International, Riello UPS and Würth Elektronik. SONAX, the makers of car care products, is new to the team.
