Nissan Murano gets updated with safety tech and new colors

Nissan has announced U.S. pricing for the 2021 Murano, which starts at $32,510. The Murano has been updated with new safety tech, exterior colors and creature comforts. Trim wise MSRP are listed below –

There are three new exterior colors – Magnetic Black Pearl, Boulder Gray Pearl and Scarlet Ember Tintcoat. In addition, a new Special Edition Package replaces the previous SV Premium Package. It includes Dual Panel Moonroof, Intelligent Around View Monitor, Prima-Tex-appointed seats, heated front seats and 20-inch Dark Charcoal aluminum-alloy wheels.

As for safety, the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite with Rear Automatic Braking is now standard on all four trims (S, SV, SL and Platinum). Other standard features include an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The SL and above trims get Navigation as well. The options list includes a 11-speaker Bose premium audio system.

The Murano in the U.S. market is powered by a 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine that pumps out 194 kW (264 metric hp) and 325 Nm (240 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is paired with a CVT.
