The 2023 RC F Sport Special Appearance Package, as the name suggests, is available on the RC 300 F Sport and RC 350 F Sport models. It offers a dual-tone paint scheme with roof and hood in a contrasting Obsidian against the body in Incognito. Rounding off the package are 19-inch split-10-spoke Enkei alloy wheels in a Dark Gray Metallic finish. Price? Well, a cool $1,200 extra.

As for the other stuff, it’s the same as it was before, including the RC F Track Edition which gets you a carbon fibre hood, carbon fibre roof, a fixed carbon fibre rear wing, Brembo ceramic brakes, new Hitachi shocks, and black and blue Alcantara interior theme.

There’s also the $17,775 RC F Carbon Package that gets you carbon fibre exterior parts (includes roof and a retractable wing rear spoiler among other bits); 19-inch matte black wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires; carbon fibre interior bits; leather-trimmed heated and ventilated front seats; heated steering wheel with power tilt/telescopic steering column, and Intuitive Parking Assist.

Other updates on the model lineup include an optional 10.3-inch touchscreen that replaces the standard 8-inch unit. And, all 2023 RC and RC F models come with Lexus Safety System+ 2.5 suite of active safety and driver assistance features, which includes Pre-Collision with Pedestrian Detection; Low-light Pedestrian & Daytime Bicyclist Detection; Left Turn Vehicle Intersection Support; Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist; Intelligent High Beams; Enhanced All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control; Enhanced Lane Tracing Assist, and Road Sign Assist.

Moving on to the juicy bits of the story then, the RC 300 rear-wheel-drive models are powered by a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that pumps out 180 kW (241 bhp/245 metric hp) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. The AWD models pack a 3.5L V6 with 194 kW (260 bhp/264 metric hp) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft). The RC 350 models also pack a 3.5L V6, but offer 232 kW (311 bhp/315 metric hp) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft). The RWD models are coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission while the AWD models are coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The 2023 RC F also continues with the 5.0L N/A V8 motor with 352 kW (472 bhp/479 metric hp) and 535 Nm (395 lb-ft) of torque. An 8-speed automatic transmission drives the rear wheels via a Torsen limited-slip differential.
