Mahindra has launched ‘Bring the Showroom Home’ concept, an online and mobile based platforms to help the customer with pre-sales, purchase and after sales as well.
‘Bring the Showroom Home’ will have 3 salient features – Virtual showroom, Self-explore and Make my SUV which will enable customers to experience the vehicle of their choice, in its entirety, said the company.
The SyouV platform will assist the customer in pre-purchase phase, where the customer can find out the stock availability at dealerships in his vicinity. In case a stock is not currently available, the user can view the estimated next availability date for the selected stock at a particular dealership of his/her choice.
The platform will also allow the user to customize the vehicle with friends and family online, talk to a Mahindra expert, compare cars, finance and insurance, book a test drive and so on.
In the next phase of SyouV, Mahindra plans to include on-road price, online order tracking, deal maker and several other differentiating features.
Also, at the pre-purchase phase, a representative can also bring a voice assisted virtual reality (VR) experience powered by Samsung VR Gears.
In the purchase stage, Mahindra has tied up with few auto portals for bookings. The company has also installed tablets and kiosks across most of its dealer network, which will assist customers in making suitable buying decisions.
With you Hamesha (WYH)
Mahindra has created another digital platform called WYH for its existing customers for after sales experience. Here, the customer can book a service, get notifications, chat with executives for queries, SOS button, Online payment facility and so on.
