The plug-in hybrid models of the new BMW 7 Series comprises of 745e, 745Le and 745Le xDrive. The latter two are long wheelbase models. The 745e can be seen wearing some M Performance parts.

All three variants are powered by a 3.0-litre (2,998 cc) inline-6 TwinPower Turbo petrol engine combined with an 83 kW electric motor, offering a system output of 290 kW (389 bhp) and 600 Nm of torque. A 12 kWh lithium-ion battery pack offers a pure electric range of up to 58 km.
