Renault India has launched the Duster facelift, with prices starting at Rs 7,99,990, ex-showroom. Variant wise ex-showroom prices below –

It’s worth mentioning that the Duster facelift we’re seeing here is not the new generation Duster that was globally revealed in November 2017. However, the changes on the face appears to be inspired by the new-gen Duster.
New projector headlamps with LED DRLs, new “tri-winged” chrome grille, new front bumper with skid plate, new fog lamp housing, and 16-inch Everest Diamond-cut alloy wheels are some of the exterior features and changes. The rear-end gets a rather tacky looking plastic cladding that attempts to connect the taillamps.
The interiors look fresh with a new dashboard despite appearing similar to the one in the Nissan Terrano. However, the designers have cleverly injected some style and contrasting colors to make the cabin appear a bit more premium and hide any similarities.
Depending on the trim, features inside include 7-inch MediaNav Evolution infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Voice Recognition, 4 speakers and two front tweeters, height adjustable driver seat with lumbar support, cooled storage, electrically foldable ORVMs, auto AC, and cruise control with speed limiter. Safety features include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, Brake Assist, driver and passenger seat belt reminder, reverse parking sensors, speed sensitive door locking, and impact sensing door unlock as standard across all variants. Higher variants also get height adjustable front seat belts, driver side anti-pinch window, ESP, Hill-Start Assist, rear defogger, rear wiper and washer, and reverse parking camera.
Powering the Duster is a choice of petrol and diesel engines. The petrol is a 1.5-litre (1498 cc) 4-cylinder naturally aspirated motor, producing 106 hp at 5600 rpm and 142 Nm (105 lb-ft) of torque at 4000 rpm, paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
The 1.5-litre (1461 cc) 4-cylinder diesel engine is available in two states of tune. The lower tune offers 85 hp at 3750 rpm and 200 Nm (148 lb-ft) of torque at 1750 rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The higher tune offers 110 hp at 4000 rpm and 245 Nm (181 lb-ft) of torque at 1750 rpm, paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed AMT. The AWD variant is available only with a 6-speed manual transmission.
There are 7 exterior colors to choose from, with Caspian Blue and Mahogany Brown as new additions to the palette.
