Maruti Suzuki’s entry-level offering, the Alto, has got a new VXi+ variant priced at Rs 380,209 ex-showroom, Delhi. The new range-topping variant gets a 7-inch SmartPlay Studio touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto compatibility.
This is the same touchscreen unit that made its debut with the 2019 Wagon R earlier this year. The Alto VXi+ also gets dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, and seat belt reminder for both driver and co-driver.
The Alto is powered by a 796 cc 3-cylinder petrol engine with an output of 35.3 kW (48 hp) at 6,000 rpm and 69 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
