2021 Hyundai Elantra N Line hot sedan teased

Hyundai is busy working on a performance version of the 2021 Elantra, expected to be revealed later this year as a 2021 model. While the teaser images don’t reveal much, the Elantra N Line will get N brand-specific design elements that we’ve seen in other N vehicles.

It’s not just about the looks, obviously. The Elantra N Line will also get chassis upgrades and a turbocharged engine. Speaking of which, it is expected to be a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged unit that powers the Elantra GT N Line hatchback, where it produces 204 metric hp and 265 Nm (195 lb-ft) of torque.

A 20-second teaser video teases the hot sedan’s exhaust note and paddle shifters.
