Ducati has launched the new, BS6-compliant Scrambler 1100 Pro and 1100 Sport Pro in India, priced at INR 11.95 lakh and INR 13.74 lakh, respectively. Both prices are ex-showroom, Pan India.

The Scrambler 1100 Pro gets a new ‘Ocean Drive’ colour scheme, combined with a steel trellis frame and rear aluminium subframe, which are both black. It mounts Marzocchi suspension at the front and Kayaba at the rear. The 1100 Sport Pro on the other side is the beefiest version in the Scrambler family. It features all the styling elements of the Pro, but differs with a Matt Black paint scheme, complemented by side panels sporting a painted 1100 logo. It also gets Öhlins suspension — a 45 mm upside-down fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear with adjustable spring preload and rebound damping.

Braking duties are handled by 320 mm discs at the front with Brembo 4-piston calipers, and a single 245 mm disc at the rear with a single-piston caliper. Cornering ABS and Ducati Traction Control (DTC) are standard.

Both motorcycles are powered by a 1,079 cc L-Twin engine that develops 86 hp (63 kW) at 7,500 rpm and 88 Nm (65 lb-ft) of torque at 4,750 rpm; the output figures are the same as before. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slipper clutch.
