Audi has launched the S5 Sportback facelift in India, priced at INR 79.06 lakh (introductory), ex-showroom, Pan India. The S5 Sportback facelift was globally revealed in September 2019 as part of the A5 family updates. The car is being imported to India as a completely built-up unit (CBU), which explains its fat price tag compared to the locally assembled BMW M340i xDrive.

Features for the Indian market include Matrix LED headlights, LED taillights, dynamic turn signals, panoramic sunroof, and 19-inch alloy wheels. Red brake calipers are optional. There are 6 exterior paints to choose from, including the Turbo Blue featured in the example here.

The S5 Sportback is powered by a 3.0-litre (2,994 cc) turbocharged V6 petrol engine with 260 kW (353 metric hp) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque on offer. An 8-speed automatic gearbox drives all four wheels via quattro AWD system. The sporty four-door coupe claims a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time of 4.8 seconds, while the top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
