Kia K8 reveals its stylish interior with new logo

Kia has now revealed the K8 fastback sedan’s swanky interior, showcasing the materials used and the onboard technology. In case you missed the story, the K8 was revealed last month as the successor to the K7.

As with most modern premium sedans these days, the dashboard is dominated by a curved display linking a 12-inch central infotainment and a 12-inch driver display. Wood surfaces on the dashboard and the centre console add to the luxurious feel of the cabin; notice a diamond lattice pattern on the passenger side of the dashboard. A touchpad for air conditioning controls cuts down the number of physical buttons, but thankfully, there are physical knobs on either side. You might remember that circular knob on the centre console from the Genesis cars. The comfy-looking seats are upholstered with Nappa leather; the same leather with diamond pattern can be found on the door cards. Also, notice Kia’s new logo on the new steering wheel.

The K8 is the first-ever Kia to feature a Meridian premium sound system with 14-speakers. More information on the car will be available closer to its launch date later this year.
