Kia has revealed the Stonic Quantum edition for the UK market, priced at £21,600 OTR. The special edition sits right in the middle of the trim lineup; meaning it sits above the ‘GT-Line’ but below the ‘3’, and introduces visual enhancements and additional features. Kia didn’t disclose how many units the Stonic Quantum edition will be built but just said that the deliveries will commence from Q1 2023.

So, what’s all the hoopla? Well, on the exterior, the Stonic Quantum edition features a two-tone paint scheme with the body in Storm Grey, while the roof, A-pillars and mirror caps in Yellow. Also included as standard are 17-inch alloy wheels and LED rear combination lights.

We don’t have the interior photo yet, but it’ll have new black cloth and grey faux leather seat upholstery with yellow inserts, as well as a yellow interior package to add more flavor to the cabin. An 8.0-inch touchscreen; Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity; heated front seats; heated steering wheel; rain-sensing wipers; auto-dimming rear-view mirror, and smart key with engine start/stop, are all standard.

The Stonic Quantum edition is powered by a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine with 74 kW (99 bhp/101 metric hp) and 172 Nm (127 lb-ft) of torque, coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox driving the front wheels.
