Lamborghini Aventador SVJ will have the best Power-to-Weight ratio

The next obvious step for the 7 year old Aventador after the ‘SV’ and ‘S’ iterations is the SuperVeloce Jota or ‘SVJ’ for short, similar in the lines of Miura Jota and Diablo Jota.

The ‘Jota’ variants will be even more lighter and powerful. According to Lamborghini, it’ll have the “best” power-to-weight ratio or weight-to-power ratio. Either way, it is going to be light, powerful and fast.

The Aventador SuperVeloce shaved 50 kg (1,525 kg dry) and gained 50 more hp. It had a power-to-weight ratio of 2.03 kg/hp. The SV can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and on to a top speed of over 350 km/h. Since the SV was a limited edition model, buyers had to go for the Aventador S which is a successor of the standard Aventador.

The Aventador S arrived with rear-wheel steering and an additional 40 horses. A dry weight of 1,575 kg resulted in a power-to-weight ratio of 2.13 kg/hp.

It looks like the SVJ will shave even more weight and gain more horses, and maybe close to One:1 power-to-weight ratio?
