Last year, Ferrari created a new segment called ‘Icona’, with the debut of Monza SP1 and SP2 barchettas. They looked stunning, especially the SP2 with gloss black finish and red leather upholstery.
If you remember, Ferrari said that they intend to sell these only to “dedicated clients and collectors”. And one of those is the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The British restaurateur is indeed a Ferrari Boy with his collection including a LaFerrari Aperta and F12 TDF. The latest one to join is this Monza SP2.
Unlike the example presented last year which was full black with no stripes, Ramsay has gone for the SP1’s look with red stripes on the bonnet and red buttress on the driver side. Either way, the car looks stunning and we all have to agree that the chef has a great “taste” in cars too.
