Citroën My Ami Buggy concept looks adventurous in a cute way

The Citroën Ami is not the first thing that comes to your mind when you think about adventure or off-roading. That said, pottering around the town in that cute little thing is kind of an adventure in itself. And so, Citroën has revealed the My Ami Buggy concept that tries its best to look adventurous—in a cute way. And just like when a kid puts on a suit, the My Ami Buggy concept need not be taken seriously.

Sitting on small off-roading wheels housed inside flared wheel arches, the My Ami Buggy concept boasts a bull-bar front & rear, headlight grilles, an LED light bar mounted to a roof rack, and a spare wheel on the roof. The doors are replaced with transparent rainproof canvas that can be pulled back in bad weather. These protective curtains can be removed, rolled up and stored behind the seats in dedicated storage bags. There’s also a roof cap just above the windscreen to offer some shade in summer, although it might not be helpful in offering range.

The color palette of the concept has three main colors: black, khaki and yellow, with yellow highlighting objects that serve a functional purpose.
