Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) sold a total of 164,469 vehicles (domestic + export) in February 2021, registering a growth of 11.80% compared to 147,110 vehicles sold in February 2020. The total sales also include sales to other OEMs, which were 5,500 units last month.
The ‘Mini’ segment with Alto and S-Presso saw a decline of 12.9% last month, while the ‘Compact’ segment with WagonR, Swift and Baleno, registered a growth of 15.3% in February 2021. The Ciaz sales continue to decline.
