When you road trip with the right people, you don’t really need your phone, you can just throw it somewhere and enjoy the company you’re with. But, should you find yourself with a boring company, Honda and AT&T have got you covered. The companies have teamed up to offer on-demand entertainment to passengers during road trips in America. Owners of Honda and Acura cars equipped with Wi-Fi Hotspot capability can purchase AT&T’s unlimited in-car Wi-Fi data plan, which enables access to WarnerMedia RIDE app. Up to 7 devices (including smartphones and tablets) can stream premium content from the WarnerMedia library while on the road.

Passengers can enjoy 1,000+ hours of live and on-demand entertainment, the company said. The app includes hit TV shows and movies from top networks such as Cartoon Network, CNN, HBO Max, TBS, TNT and TruTV, spanning animation, entertainment, news, sports and more. In the newly updated WarnerMedia RIDE app, users can set up multiple profiles and personalize them with popular avatars from the WarnerMedia library. Profiles also ensure age-appropriate content with options for adults to restrict access to kids’ profiles with an access code.

WarnerMedia RIDE is available on both Android and iOS and the app automatically detects your AT&T in-car Wi-Fi without the need to log in. Compatible Acura models include RDX (2019-present), 2021 TLX and 2022 MDX. Compatible Honda models include Accord (2018-present) — Touring; Odyssey (2018-present) — Touring, Elite; Insight (2019-present) — Touring; Passport (2019-present) — Touring, Elite; and Pilot (2019-present) — Touring, Elite, Black Edition.
