Carbon fibre art from Manhart.

Manhart has revealed the MHX6 700 WB (widebody) kit for the BMW X6 M Competition for those who fancy some artistic carbon fibre bits on the exterior of their SUV. The kit also includes a significant power and torque upgrade.

The 24-piece bodykit is made of forged carbon, with an irregular fibre structure reminiscent of polished marble or granite. These include a front spoiler, Kidney grille, exterior mirror caps, wheel arch inserts, side skirts, two-part rear spoiler, and a rear diffuser. The bonnet is also made of forged carbon, and features louvres with the same, irregular fibre structure. The rest of the body is wrapped in a matte Charcoal wrap with gloss black Manhart decals. The SUV rides on 22-inch satin black forged wheels. And finally, H&R lowering springs lower the ride height by 30 mm.

The same artistic forged carbon bits can be found inside as well, on the dashboard, steering wheel, paddle shifters, centre console, seat sides, and seat backs. Manhart floor mats are also part of the package.

Buyers can go for an MHtronik auxiliary control unit or an ECU remapping to extract an additional 77 kW (105 metric hp) and 150 Nm (111 lb-ft) from the 4.4L V8 biturbo motor, which brings the total to 537 kW (730 metric hp) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft). There are a bunch of options for the exhaust systems, including a stainless steel system with valve control, and the one without catalytic converters.
