Ferrari F8 Spider gets Novitec’s carbon bodykit and 800+ hp

Novitec-Ferrari-F8-Spider

Novitec has picked up the Ferrari F8 Spider this time for visual and performance upgrades. The carbon fibre elements can be painted in body color or can be left naked with a high-gloss coating.

These include a two-piece front spoiler, carbon flaps on the bumper intakes, a hood insert, side mirror arms, rocker panels, inserts for the air intakes behind the doors, a carbon spoiler lip at the rear, and of course, a Novitec diffuser with redesigned fins. The car rides on forged wheels measuring 21-inch at the front and 22-inch at the rear, wrapped with high-performance tires of sizes 255/30 at the front and 335/25 at the rear. Rounding off the exterior looks are Novitec sports springs that lower the ride height by about 35 mm.

Thanks to Novitec’s N-Tronic control module on each bank of the cylinders, the 3.9L twin-turbo V8 pumps out an additional 60 kW (82 metric hp) and 128 Nm (94 lb-ft), bringing the total to 590 kW (802 metric hp) at 8,000 rpm and 898 Nm (662 lb-ft) of torque at 3,100 rpm. And as a result, Novitec claims a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time of 2.6 seconds and a top speed of over 340 km/h (211+ mph).

Rounding off the performance upgrades is a high-performance exhaust system. An Inconel version with a 999 fine-gold plating is also available.
